Send us a pet photo through Instagram or email, and leave your email or Instagram handle in the order notes so we can contact you.
Can I choose the colours and eyes?
Yes. Fur colour, eye colour and eye shape can be personalised where suitable for the design.
Will I see the kitten before it ships?
Yes. We send preview photos for your final approval before dispatch.
How long does a custom order take?
Standard custom orders take 7–15 business days before dispatch. Existing designs may be available on a 3–5 business-day rush by request.
*Each custom kitten is individually handmade; tiny handcrafted irregularities are part of its character. Not suitable for children under 3 years; for decorative use.
