Each companion is shaped and finished by hand in our London studio. Small differences in the fur, face and accessories are part of what makes every piece one of a kind.

Thoughtful materials

We use faux fur and soft wire cores, with accessories and packaging chosen to be reusable or recyclable where possible. If you have a materials question, contact us before ordering.

Gift-ready by default

Orders are packed gift-ready, and you can leave a message in the order note at checkout. Some promotions include a surprise accessory; any offer shown in your cart applies to that order.

Shipping & delivery

Ready-to-ship items are usually packed in 1–3 business days. Handmade or custom pieces take 7–15 business days before dispatch. Free delivery is available over £19 in the UK, $29 in the US, €25 in eligible Eurozone countries and $29 elsewhere. See our Shipping Policy for details.
