Domestic Shipping within the United Kingdom (UK):

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 2 to 4 business days. Fee: £2.99 GBP (Complimentary for orders £19 and above).
  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 1 to 3 business days. Fee: £4.99 GBP.

United States (US) and Canada:

  • Standard International Shipping: Delivered within 4 to 10 business days. Fee: £6.99 GBP (Complimentary for orders $29 and above).
  • Express International Shipping: Delivered within 2 to 8 business days. Fee: £19.99 GBP.
  • For orders shipped to the United States, we will use the PDDP service. We will cover the customs duties for orders shipped before March 1, 2026. For updates after that date, please refer to our official announcement.

European Union (EU) and Nearby Countries: Including Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Czechia, Finland, Hungary, Norway, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Iceland, Türkiye.

  • Standard International Shipping: Delivered within 4 to 10 business days. Fee: £4.99 GBP (Complimentary for orders €29 and above).
  • Express International Shipping: Delivered within 2 to 8 business days. Fee: £9.99 GBP.

South America and Southeast Asia: Including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia.

  • Standard International Shipping: Delivered within 3 to 17 business days. Fee: £12.99 GBP (Complimentary for orders £99 and above).

Asia-Pacific and Middle East: Including Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates.

  • Standard International Shipping: Delivered within 3 to 17 business days. Fee: £12.99 GBP (Complimentary for orders £99 and above).
  • Express International Shipping: Delivered within 2 to 11 business days. Fee: £19.99 GBP.

General Shipping Terms:

  • Our handmade products require time to create, and will typically be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. This timeframe may vary.
  • The transit times listed are for business days and exclude weekends and UK public holidays.
  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, actual times may vary due to factors such as customs clearance and service disruptions.
  • International customers may incur additional fees for customs and import duties, for which they are solely responsible. (Except orders shipping by (P)DDP service)
  • A signature is required for all deliveries to confirm receipt. If unavailable, the courier will leave a notice detailing alternative collection or delivery arrangements.
  • Please be aware that the delivery times provided only cover the courier's transit period, and do not include Kiki's Handmade Studio's order processing time. We are pleased to offer free shipping on eligible orders, but kindly note that for returns not related to product quality or other circumstances as applicable, the actual shipping costs may be deducted from your refund. International Shipping Guidelines: Tracked Service, Customs Duties, and Pre-Order Policies

All international orders are dispatched using a tracked shipping service, which typically necessitates a signature upon delivery for added security. Please be aware of the following important details:

  • Delivery to PO Boxes: Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver orders to PO Box addresses.
  • Orders to Canada: For orders exceeding $30 shipped to Canada, customers may be responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and taxes upon delivery.
  • Pre-order Items: Items available for pre-order cannot be shipped using Express or Next Day delivery options. For orders totalling £150/$200 or more, we prioritize shipping the available stock items first. Pre-order items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available.
  • Customs and Taxes: Our product prices do not include any overseas taxes or customs charges. These charges are subject to the policies of the destination country, and we advise customers to check local regulations for any additional costs that might apply.
  • Responsibility for Goods in Transit: While we take great care in ensuring your order is delivered safely, we are not responsible for any items lost in transit. By offering international tracked and signed delivery, we provide you with the security of a tracking number and the requirement of a signature upon receipt of your goods.
  • Accurate Delivery Information: To facilitate a smooth delivery process, please ensure that the address provided is accurate and current.
