Some pieces are unique and cannot be reproduced once sold. Restocking depends on the individual item and the artist.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
In-stock items are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces typically need 7–15 business days before dispatch.
How do I track my order?
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. If you have an account, you can also find tracking in the Orders section.
Can I return my item?
If something isn’t quite right, please contact us or visit your Account Centre. We’ll be happy to review your request and guide you through the next steps in line with our Returns policy.
